The elections.
i havent been keeping up on things lately. as an earlier christian( im still a baby but maturing more and more weekly) i thought me being a hard up republican was the true christian thing to do. i still identify with most conservative ideals. but my views are changing. what are the issues of this elections? what are both sides really saying and how exactly do we vote more biblically? any ideas?

most of the problems with Christianity today is the allegiance to the "religious right" which is just a way for the republicans to get the Christian vote. Not everything conservative is the way Jesus would do things. Nor is liberalism. you have democrats now that saw how the last election went. so they are being more vocal on Christian issues.
when you vote i encourage you to think how would Christ go about this?
I think Jesus weeps for our nation because we kill in his name. our leaders are convinced that what we do is right. sometimes in Gods name even.
vote with love and compassion.
people will say that you cant run a country that way, but thats what the true religious right should be.
